My style of therapy can be described as a "humanistic integrative" therapy primarily informed by Transactional Analysis.

This means my style of "talking therapy", be it with individuals, couples or groups, emphasises the inner potential for growth and self-realisation and draws upon many diverse psychological theories to fit the therapy to the clients needs.

Transactional Analysis is a systematic theory of personal and social dynamics and recognises that how we react in the here and now is often influenced by past events and early decisions.

What I don't offer is advice or tell clients what to do, instead I will assist you to explore what is happening, to choose what you'd like to change and then support you in bringing that about.
